Thursday 22nd continued

After leaving Manarola we headed for Portovenere on the boat.  It had been a beautiful day and quite hot but starting to cool off a bit now as around 4ish.  Portovenere is described as an enchanting town and has lots of outdoor eateries and some amazing high end cruisers moored around the harbour.  We had about an hour and a half before the last boat back to Montorosso left.  The journey back takes about an hour as both towns are on opposite ends of the Cinque Terre.  We did find time to sit and have a drink and the odd bit of shopping.... not much I promise!!
